Walter A. Angelini, esq.

Mr. Angelini practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Property, Family Law, Probate matters and International Family Law (concerning the return of children to their habitual residences under the Hague Convention).

Mr. Angelini has been practicing law since 1983. He is admitted to and has practiced before the State Bars of Arizona, West Virginia and Pennsylvania; the Federal District Courts in Arizona, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania; the Court of Appeals for the Third, Fourth and Ninth Circuits; and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Sheila c. angelini, esq. (Retired)

Upon admittance to the practice of law in 1985, Ms. Angelini joined the firm and immediately accepted cases as a public defender in West Virginia. She then began to vigorously represent juveniles in dependency proceedings.

Ms. Angelini, now retired from the practice of law, has taught Business Law at the college level and began Angelini Law Offices’ bankruptcy practice in 1987.
